Belgian Dubbel Name Change: Jacques le Faim Belgian Dubbel

OK, so my roommates were understandably not thrilled about the name "waffles?" for and I see where they're coming from. It was a bit greedy of me to choose the name without consulting them, so I understand their dissatisfaction. After a small committee meeting, we have decided on "Jacques le Faim" which is a loose French translation of Hungry Jack, the brand of maple syrup we used. Why French? It's one of the primary languages of Belgium, and it makes the whole thing sound more refined. I really like it. What do you think?

Unrelated: I'm drinking half a pint of our Mary's Marzen, and it's absolutely delicious. It's also gained some carbonation in the past couple weeks, and it's amazingly clear. I can't wait until we really dig into this beer next month.

Hit up the comments and let us know what you think we should brew next.
